    HelloYaya is a web app that connects domestic employers in Hong Kong with verified domestic workers who are housekeepers, drivers, caregivers, etc. Most of our candidates as of January 2024 are from the Philippines. We offer a transparent cost-effective solution for sourcing domestic helpers. In this current version, we offer features that make sure our candidate options shows their availability to work and be contacted and that they are verified candidates. Employers may also shortlist prospects.
  • Why should I choose to subscribe to HelloYaya?
    If you are looking to hire a new domestic helper, HelloYaya offers a direct and transparent candidate search platform that includes both helpers’ and employers’ best interests. We keep the application process free on our part for helpers, as well as considering their personal preferences. We also vet profiles thoroughly, so that employers can focus on making informed decisions. We’ve also researched ways to make this platform as cost-effective for an overall happier hiring process.
  • How does HelloYaya vouch and verify helpers?
    HelloYaya conducts thorough interviews as part of our own bespoke vetting process. Candidate profiles are carefully reviewed and completed. We pay attention to even things like, personal domestic task preferences in order get get a full understanding of a candidate profile.
  • How can I post a job ad as an employer?
    In this current version, employers may sign up for an account. We are looking forward to release the next version which includes job posting features for employers as well.
  • How can I contact a domestic helper candidate?
    You may contact a domestic helper candidate by clicking into a profile card in the search page and then clicking connect. When you see the prompt to go to whatsapp, click the phone number.
  • How can HelloYaya help me throughout the whole hiring process?
    HelloYaya is a web app solution for finding domestic helper candidates, by Darmax Global, a seasoned recruitment solution company. We can also help with visa requirements, contract signing and other hiring processes with an added fee. Please contact us at paung@darmaxglobal.com.
  • What should I do if I have sign up issues?
    First of all, please double check your information and follow prompts that are necessary during the sign up process. You may also try clearing your browser cache. If none of that helper, do contact HelloYaya support team at paung@darmaxglobal.com.
  • What are your operating hours?
    Our office hours and customer service hours are from 10AM to 5PM Hong Kong Time.
  • How long does it typically take you to respond?
    We usually respond within 24 to 48 hours or less.
